Happy New Year!
Is this your year of change? The other night I was dreaming about alligators. It was not just any alligator, it was the most precious baby alligator ever and I loved her like I love my cat Bliss. So I looked up alligators and was not surprised to find out they reflect primal energies of birth, motherhood and initiation. The end of one period and the beginning of a new time. They indicate an opportunity to unfold and develop new wisdom. Perfect timing for end of year dreams.
But we all know in order to manifest our dreams we have to put that energy out there, we have to lay the groundwork for what's to come. In other words, we need to prepare! Sometimes I feel as though I am preparing for adventures that I am not yet aware of! That can feel scary, when you 'know' something is coming but you don't know what it is. 2009! That's what it is! The year when we prepare ourselves for great change, and that in itself can feel like change.
Peru is one of the most beautiful and magical places on earth. You don't have to be a shaman to engage in their cultural deep connection to the Pachamama (mother earth). It is a place of connection and remembering ancient ways of gratitude and guidance.
I invite you and your friends to travel with me in May this year to have an awakening life experience. I will be leading the group of 15 people along with brilliant Peruvian guides who all speak English. We will be working with authentic shamans and I will be available for healing sessions. As a group we will start and end each day checking in and sharing all the wonderous inner and outer experiences we are having. It's a great opportunity to re-connect with your inner self, meet new friends, explore a gorgeous country, and have the opportunity to engage in authentic Peruvian ceremonies. Invest in yourself this year...no alligators necessary!
